7/20/2017 - Review - I called several companies to repair my generator and the only one that actually picked up there phones was Epic Power Systems. They scheduled the appointment for the following day. The service technician, Rick Samuels showed up on time, went through diagnosing the problem. He ordered the part needed and showed up again right on time, installed the part and got it working. He also went above the call of duty by cleaning the entire unit, He also explained to me how to better maintain the unit in the future. Rick was very professional and I was impressed with his service. I would recommend this company and Rick to anybody that needs their services. Thank you Rick!

He showed up on time as arranged, worked professionally and conscientiously to get the problem fixed, and explained everything to us in great detail. Nothing was too much for him and he will be our first port of call in future. It is not always so easy to find such a reliable and experienced technician.

8/23/2016 - Review - My generac standby generator was having a starting up issue for two weeks, during these two weeks I was calling everywhere including GENERAC dealer to try to get servcie and getting no where, while I was googling, I found Epic power systems, and start calling to see if any luck, call was picked up, appointment was made the same day, technician came in, professionally work on the issue, track down the root cause and provide solution immediately. the responsibility is promptly, the service charge and trip charge is very reasonable. I give A++ to this company.

6/21/2016 - Review - The technician, Rick, got to my location in under an hour which was fantastic! It was 107 degrees, the hottest day of the year and the generator in our Rv stopped working. I informed him I was a 1st time Rv owner and had absolutely no idea what I was doing, and that nice man took the time, with no irritation, explained step by step what I was doing wrong and proper maintenance. Such a wonderful experience, minus the dying of a heat stroke of course lol, I would definitely recommend them to all my friends and loved ones!

Devoted time to trouble shooting generator in the field and after servicing the unit off site. he delivered the unit on time as promised. Once the unit was delivered to the site and hook up to the trailer, he spent an additional 30 minutes plus testing the voltage and hertz to ensure the load and power output was steady with no fluctuations. Great job!

10/24/2014 • Review • I had a problem with my cummins onnan generator 12k diesel one! Fuel pump was not working. After I called them it took them 30 minutes to come to my location! the technician did inspect and found the problem! My only complaint would be they do not carry the parts with them but it isn’t a big issue since they are willing to work with you on the parts as well. He went and got the replacement for the part that was broken and changed it right away and my generator was working better than when I first got it! I have a food truck and timing is really important for me, these guys are reliable and I would recommend them to anyone.
