1) The service agreement is the heart of our company_
• Customer receives individual and preferred attention to their facilities units (construction equipment, yachts, trucks and generator equipment) from quarterly or more frequent premium Inspections. Customers will receive a list of money saving benefits unique to our maintenance programs. Frequent reminders of recommended maintenance intervals beyond what is covered in our agreements are noted on the Inspection worksheets and estimates are presented to the customer in effort to keep each unit in peak performance.
2) Load bank testing service_
Perform resistive load bank testing on generator units to inspect the electrical and mechanical components for proper operational conditions and the removal of excessive wet stacking during various load differentials.
3) Generator Units_
We inspect, service and repair generator units of various makes and models_
• Perform in depth diagnostic checks by retrieving codes or manual inspections to seek root causes to aid in the corrective issues.
• Experience with various control panels by performing initial startup settings, parameter specification changes and flow chart accuracy within the e.c.m. control circuitry.
• Inspect, test or repair the units electronic control modules (E.C.M) attached relays, fuses and wire circuits.
• Offer comprehensive generator service and preventive maintenance packages that ensure the unit or related systems are in the realm of proper operational status.
• Perform diagnostic testing due to overheating or any related malfunctions.
• Troubleshoot and test the starting system due to the involvement of a possible cranking issue.
• Inspect and repair the fuel system if a customer has a related issue within the components.
• Conduct inspection and repairs of the oil system components_pumps, oil sender and relief valves.
• Check and inspect the turbo and exhaust systems pressure rates, bearing conditions and proper operations during the test run cycles (repair if required).
• Internal engine inspections and repairs of the engines' internal components (crankshafts, connecting rods, piston assembly and cylinder heads)
• Perform valve clearances on diesel and gasoline engines.
• Conduct front and rear main oil seal installations on engines (if required).
• Inspect and repair voltage regulator issues.
• Perform an inspection of the windings, diodes and wiring for faults (repair if required).
• Perform repairs on generator units brushes (if equipped)
• Inspect, lubricate or replace the generator end bearing (if needed).
